You will be challenged from day 1. But stay flexible. Cool ideas are born all the time, as others get killed. Company has great vision. Little politics. Easy for anyone to make a difference. Work will REALLY smart people.

Cons

Organization is very cross functional. Building virtual teams and leading can be challenging at times.
