mostly verification work, bad documentation / knowledge flow is informal, bad in terms of long term job improvement

Core competency in circuit design is not valued. Its mostly about how well you can write scripts for the tools. The projects(in bangalore) were mostly derivatives of existing products(which were designed in santa clara). The assignments were not intellectually stimulating.
