      brilliant and super smart people no politics, fair evaluation lot of freedom to express your ideas and thoughts.

      Cons

      can get hectic sometimes. Not for people looking for 9-6 day jobs :)

      Pros

      It is a challenging work environment at nvidia. If you do well, you get good opportunities. Management is generally good.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance is somewhat difficult to achieve since you are always on a tight schedule. Still operates like a startup.

      Good, challenging work. Keeps motivated. Good facilities. Feel free to take Work from home options. Ability to move across teams. No necessary in out times. No dress codes. Pure performance based hikes.

      Cons

      Might get hectic, ones own capacity to Work-life balance. Because of the option of working from home, you might be expected to take up meetings.
