      Pros

      really smart people and driven company culture.

      Cons

      they move you around projects too much. so there is never a slack period and burn out is easy.

      Pros

      - very flexible work environment. - No micromanagement - high priority and challenging work to newcomers - team members are very helpful and almost no politics

      Cons

      - Not much documentation. - organization is very flat (only 3 levels to CEO from an entry level engineer),so can't expect much of growth

      1. Technology, always up to the mark, very advance. A lot of hardware to work with. 2. Work culture is cool and relaxed, still has a heart of a startup. 3. Free food and transport.

      Cons

      1. Bangalore is not the place for software. If you are looking for good SW job, go to Hyd. 2. Bad hikes (They used to pay good, not anymore), shares are just trap. 3. Technically incompetent and egoist managers, rather morons. They have there own checklist for appraisals, regardless of performance. Favoritism is big time.
