Fair, respectful, and family-first oriented. The company wins and fails as a team, not per individual. The culture is what every other company I have worked at tries to say they have, but you can really feel the difference here. Employees are empowered with the latest tools and software.

Cons

Rapid developments make it challenging to trust documentation is up to date, Knowledge bases are a bit disparate, so you have to know where to look or who to talk with to find the right answer.
