Pros

Growing impact on society, growing visibility. Increasing prominence and growth opportunity due to highly valuable core business and leadership vision.

Cons

CEO is a bit cheap with compensation package and perks. No 401(k) matching, no free lunches, discounts on company products (other than clothes), Fitness subsidy or gym, shuttles to the San Francisco, or other perks.

Pros

indigious CEO that wants to work towards a great company. This will potentially result in a big difference as companies like ATI, AMD are mere trying to sell themselves.

Cons

pay raise is slow, below inflation and can't keep market rate. no more meaningful options. RSU is an insult in nvidia. Getting 100$/ quarter? Why even bother sending RSU

Pros

if you're at the right place, you'll get good solid challenging work with ample time and support to complete the same and grow in the process.

Cons

Pune leadership and goals are too management-centric with very little focus on individual contributor satisfaction\retention and compensation. A few people from the original entity which was taken over by Nvidia find themselves in favour and seem non-disposable without the need of showing competence.
