      Pros

      the company is generally pretty well compensated, lots of pretty smart people working there, it's in C A, nice weather.

      Cons

      They work you really hard, there is now no vacation policy, which makes it hard for people to even take days off.

      It is a pleasure working with lots of extremely bright engineers. Lots of responsibility and autonomy to work on things YOU think are important.

      Cons

      The software organizational structure is struggling with growing pains. There is some misalignment with the culture of some managers vs. the culture and perspective of the company as a whole.
