Fast-paced, dynamic environment. People are hard working and knowledgeable. You will learn a lot while working here, even if it's digging through chaos.

Cons

No training. No written processes or documentation. People are geeky and lack basic social skills. It's all about the work and nobody cares about you. No recognition when you do a good job, but you will hear about it if you make a mistake.

People can work on the most advanced technology and advanced process. Projects are interesting. They offer good salary for new hire.

Cons

Management doesn't provide enough oppotunties for personal growth. There're not enough chances to broaden the skill sets. Not enough insentive for people to work for it more than 5+ years.
