good learning experience from seniors. flexible work hours, good work culture in terms of diversity and inter cultural mingling in between colleagues.

Cons

i guess there were no major downsides apart from the usual downside in IT companies of rigourous work schedules during deadline periods.

very dynamic, start up culture style, creative ideas, cafeteria is ok. cool products, good firm reputation, work life balance, etc.

Cons

too dynamic, does not have good documentation, lack of training, org changes too much and too fast. poor financial performance recent 3 years.
