      Good place to work as an engineer, but a rough ride management wise.

      Pros

      Technically VERY challenging work. Problems are hard and fun to work on. Engineers are a great bunch of people. I had a great time as an engineer at NVIDIA.

      Cons

      Crazy at times way to manage projects and people - panic driven, people are "cogs" mentality. Tendancy to witch hunt when things aren't going well rather than fix problems.

      - Goals are not always clear - Recognition is limited - Management focuses on your mistakes, not on what you did extra - Felt forced to work on projects I thought were not worthy - Some people are inflexible in their point of views
