      Pros

      For reasonable working hours. To end the abuse of management. To maintain personal dignity. TO GO HOME DURING DAYLIGHT

      Cons

      Labor camp like working conditions: "work shall set you free". Dear Leader like leadership, where Dear Leader is always nice ethical and honest and the dirty work is done by those below. Management only too happy to start abusing, to see how good it must feel.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great engineers and people to work with. Extremely fast-paced environment. Decent salary compared to similar positions in the market.

      Cons

      The salary doesn't look so good when you look at the lack of benefits including no 401k matching and other missing perks. Absolutely no work life balance. Expected 60+ hour weeks. Software development standards and practices are an afterthought.

      Company makes great products and is market leader in many categories. Aggresively promoting new products and novel services to distinguish itself from the competition.

      Cons

      Working at a remote site instead of headquarters offers less opportunities for information exchange, learning opportunities and also less room for advancement.
