      Pros

      It's a fast pace of work, when you're trying to push out developments rapidly. Certainly a sense of competition and the need to be better and more efficient. Cutting edge development, work on products used by tons of enthusiasts. NVIDIA has a good development process and a very straightforward company culture.

      Cons

      The speed of operation can cause some problems that might have occurred with a more deliberate approach.

      Personal Life is Out the Door!

      Pros

      This is one very challenging place to be. Good Culture / Good Innovation. Did I mention Free Food!?! ... Well almost free. Liked this place up until the recent changes under a year ago. They really should reconsider the VP's that run the business units. Remove them and get back to the way things were a year ago -- now we're talking. :)

      Cons

      Not all, but recent promotion of the VP's are flat out horrible. They lack the technical depth and leadership skills. It was not like this a yar ago. Organization used to be flat / very little political games. Now is layered.
