      Pros

      Outstanding leadership. Fast decision-making. Visionary, smart and tough CEO. Great culture of innovation, and it shows in the products and technology Brilliant, hard-working people. Collaborative environment. High value placed on honest feedback, and raising the bar. People have autonomy to execute, and the projects are meaningful. Great benefits. Very progressive vacation policy and maternity/paternity leave.

      Cons

      Old offices are a bit drab in places. Improvements are being made. New building will be spectacular. Hard work is expected. Management seems aware of concerns about work-life balance, and has been hiring more folks.

      Pros

      I've learned a lot during my short at NVIDIA already. Not only in my discipline but also in collaboration to other departments here.

      Cons

      We do have a lot of work. While it's interesting, sometimes deadlines are stressful. That's to be expected.
