Good stock growth and people are polite

Cons

Incapable manager, tons of meetings and emails every day, micro management, long working hours. So called speed of light which means employees need to stay with their laptop all day long and reply emails ASAP. No one really think how to root cause the problem and find solution because they need to take action at speed of light. So all kinds of work around and cut corners.
