Lacking processes and quality goals but striving to be nimble like a start-up ends up in only creating chaotic technology and product development with everyone running around like headless chickens

Smart People, Good organization structure. Nice Infrastructure. Free Food.

Cons

Poor management of staff and resources. Management thinks in an non - agile way. No help to ramp up on software, most of it is not documented.
