      -Some of the most interesting and challenging problems in the industry -Get to be surrounded by highly motivated and talented people -Pay is great

      -Crunch periods can be long and cause burnout -Often projects can move fast and it can be hard to get support when everyone’s plate is full

      The pros are almost too numerous to list. Culture. Co-workers. Our CEO. The products. Cash comp. ESPP program. Stock grants. Work-life balance. Work from wherever. 401k and other benefits. All best-in-class. I have every intention of this being the last company I work for.

      Rate of change can be challenging to keep up with. Sometimes our leanness can be an issue, as there are sometimes just not enough people to get the job done effectively and efficiently.
