      Started off pretty well but now I have become very dissatisfied.

      Pros

      Awesome people. There is plenty of freedom. The culture was really amazing nowadays it is deteriorating but still good enough.

      Cons

      Management is not good. Some teams or employees are always given a preference above others when it comes to promotions or hikes.

      Pros

      NVIDIA hires a lot of hard workers with drive to push the limits of high performance and quality in its products.

      Cons

      NVIDIA tends to hire a lot of young talented, but inexperienced engineers. Sometimes it doesn't work out. The ones who stay longer than a year usually end up being successful for many years.

      A lot of talent, but "rude" environment

      if you work hard, you can learn quite a lot from a beginner since you have so much to do.

      Cons

      a lot of "rude" people around. you will get tired after some years. no 401k, no bonus, no PTO. no matter how good the company do, you only get your own salary, nothing more. wait, CEO mentinoned you can get ESPP.
