      Some projects are just for testing water. lack clear vision. Because of the acquisition history, your team may split all around the world. It may cause some trouble to communication and career growth.

      Very good work culture Flexible work timings - as long as you get the work done, nobody asks when you come to work & when you leave Option to do work from home Ample amount of paid leaves - you will never fall short on leaves Extremely good work on latest technology, good quality work for system software engineers A good employee is valued well by the management and they make every effort to retain good employees, even re-hire them Management is good, no politics, transparency is maintained. You can voice your opinion on matters and it will be heard & considered, feedback is taken positively If you are a good contributor, there is a good chance you will get an opportunity to travel to HQ in Santa Clara.

      Cons

      Sometimes work life balance may take a toll, especially if you are in a senior Individual Contributor position or a manager. But most of the time, it is manageable.
