      Leader in Visual computing Fast-Paced. many really smart colleagues are doing good job and give opportunity to learn pthers. Great Benefits. ESPP and RSU's Coming with good innovation ideas

      Pros

      Great company with above par industry compensation and benefits. PTO and work from home (remotely anywhere from world) option at your disposal. Great minds to work with where brainstorming doesn't really require a conf room, it can start right at your desk. Perfect work life balance where we don't meet the deadlines, but we rather beat it by miles. Really friendly co-workers and bosses (except a few exceptions) and can walk up to them and start discussing your issues. Great stock options, ESPP plans and RSUs for long term benefits. Flexible HR policies and employee benefits team at Nvidia. Pretty decently stocked pantry with coffee and variety tea options. Free meals 4 times a day. (Room for improvement in quality though). Free to and fro transport to the facility. A place where you can spend the rest of your professional career.

      Cons

      Company direction not peculated to individuals at times, which means corporate communication is less effective. Limited/nil technology training opportunities within the company. Limited/nil onsite/travel opportunities. Limited GRID related SW dev happening outside Americas. Too much time taken for hiring and decision making. Too much time taken for budget approvals. (May be its different in other sites)

      Smart people, a lot of fun at work. Good location. Management was quite lenient.

      Cons

      Poor diversity. All males. Low salary comparing to the industry average.
