Pros

Great pay, benefits, etc. Lots of freedom to pursue lots of different things. Generally very friendly, relaxed, and helpful coworkers.

Cons

Can be a bit disorganized in their processes from interviewing to project management. Each team has the freedom to manage in their own way for the most part which is great but it can lead to things being disorganized at a high level.
