* No politics, No-nonsense workplace. * Technical skills highly valued, Mangers/Directors/VPs even the CEO are very technical. * Ability to grow only bounded by your hard work. * Strong presence in the next mega trends of the century (AI/VR/Self-Driving/Gaming), very likely to become the next Google/FB/Apple * Strong Base Salary

Cons

* No RSU * No cash bonus * 401K is a joke * Total compensation not comparable to the new Valley standards even though you do the same quality of work or even better.

Technologically perfect, many things to learn, better for who want to live comfortable and peaceful life, salary master, free but worst food.

Cons

Bootlicking culture, can't speak Malayalam forget onsite, cannot have your own opinion, poor tegra QA management, volume and formatting matters than context.
