      Pros

      Challenging work that is making the world a better place. Refreshed my enthusiasm in the industry after being in it for over 30 years. Great cross-team interaction and you really feel like you're part of the "family" rather than a number on a sheet.

      Cons

      You're drinking from a firehose - so much good stuff going on all across the company it's hard to keep up with it all.

      Pros

      Excellent culture, work/life balance, pay + benefits. A company where you cannot only believe in the mission but be proud to work there. We have the best CEO of any big tech company IMO - he is passionate, engaged, and kind.

      Cons

      Literally none, unless perhaps you are unable to manage yourself well. Still, even in spite of this, if you are ever struggling or have a question you will easily and quickly find help.
