      Pros

      NVIDIA will challenge you as an engineer. Lots to learn. Variety of different projects which grow engineering breadth. Team culture can be very org-dependent.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the long term direction is not clear, or changes very fast. The pro of this is that engineers can have a meaningful say in direction or architecture.

      -transport -food -IT assets at the cost your mental health and burnout

      Cons

      - Not all profitable companies are good at culture NVIDIA strives at AI but has failed to integrate young working professional in their culture, oldies sitting there for 10-20 years in the same company have assumed it is their own company and won't let you stay if you're an NCG or early career professional, the work load, unrealistic expectations, and toxic critic work culture is the reason their benefits are good, bcz you will need it once you join. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR PEACE OF MIND

      Pros

      I'm impressed by the many exceptionally smart professional team members getting very complex work done every day. It's the cutting edge of innovation and it's refreshing to experience that doesn't imply the team is difficult to deal with. Quite the opposite actually, coming to work is a highlight because I get to work with so many great team members.

      Cons

      It's a dynamic environment, so things change a lot and all the time and there is always more to do than there is time to do it in. Doesn't really bother me though.
