      Very welcoming environment, surrounded by very smart people, lots of opportunities outside of work to engage with NVIDIA through ERGs and conferences like GTC. Great vision for the company from the CEO.

      Comp is a little low for new people compared to other tech companies.

      Pros

      NVIDIA is filled with exceptionally intelligent, kind, and generous coworkers. The culture is grounded in the idea that “the mission is the boss,” which creates a strong sense of purpose and shared accountability. There is also a real “one team” mentality: people are focused on doing what is right for customers, not just what is easiest for an individual team or function.

      Cons

      This is less of a negative and more a reflection of NVIDIA’s scale and impact: getting fully up to speed can take longer than it might at other organizations. The company’s work touches so many industries and technical domains that there is a lot to absorb, but that learning curve is also part of what makes the work so meaningful.
