Opportunity for internal transfer - doing something fits yours and company's interests 4. Really take employee feedback from regular internal surveys

1. Report structures are sometimes confusing, but that's by design. 2. Sometimes feel like you're working in a start-up environment, but you'll learn more by doing many different things.
