Pros
They don't lie on the their mantra "Like No Place You've Ever Worked". I'm a little over a month in and I am truly enjoying my time here at NVIDIA. I love all our products and it's cool that you get to see variety of them in one company - it makes the projects you work on more interesting as they are ever changing. The people here are the most hardworking people I've ever work with.
Cons
Maybe for some of my coworkers, they are a little too hardworking. Also, with the non-enforced back to office (flex work), I don't see some of my teammates in person that often but we are always on Teams. I think that is the new normal nowadays though even for other companies.
