      Pros

      CEO -- puts Steve Jobs, etc. to shame. Deep knowledge of EVERYTHING. One of the best CEOs in the world at business strategy Nimble, moves fast and acts like a start up Not hiearchical -- CEO and sr execs know everyones name and want input from them. Everyone has an impact.

      Cons

      Lots of email, lots of ambiguity, always on.

      CEO is excellent Management is no-nonsense Company values make sense Culture and people are a pleasure Hiring practices result in the best co-workers Benefits are as good as it gets Innovation is truly fostered - you are enabled to contribute your best Doesn't feel like a big company as much as the other tech giants There are broad opportunities to work on exciting, futuristic projects Boundaries between departments are not strict, and cross collaborations are generally friendly and supportive

      Pros

      Talented people, friendly people, high energy, fast paced, great benefits, generous pay, excellent learning possibilities, fun place to work. they make sure you have the tools to do your job well. I love the culture, they heavily promote charity work, which I admire.

      Cons

      Not a fan of unlimited PTO. As a new employee, feel funny about asking for PTO where you have nothing accrued and you are still trying to prove yourself to the company. My last job transitioned to this method of PTO as well and I didn't like it there either.
