      Pros

      Never a bad day because of the team or anyone else. Good pay and stayed busy so time went by quickly.

      Cons

      Still had plenty of bad days because of the Field itself not due to anything by nVidia. Despite always being busy it can be tedious and frustrating work from time to time

      No growth in pay and profesionally very slow. Too much politics and beaurocracy. Most perks in US very less perks in india.
