      Jensen has his magical impact. He is an inspiring leader. You learn a lot, your deliverables are specific. Contributions feel meaningful. Leaves you with satisfaction. Less reductant work, red taped

      Cons

      Have unlimited leaves but you can't easily takes days off. Nvidia employee count increased exponentially. It will be challenging to maintain the start up culture Work will be hectic. You get more than what you can chew. Need to be good at prioritizing.
