      Good compensation, Good perks, Nvidia Restricted Stock Units is a huge benefit, Internal Transfers are possible, Good events held for employees year.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, Lack of documentation and Lack of standardized processes. Growth opportunities are not same for everyone despite the talent.

      The products have impact in multiple consumer and business areas. The campus is nice. The food is decent.

      Cons

      My only complaint is the sparse perks and the cubes shrinking with every floorplan update.
