No growth, Pure beurocratic environment, toxic management Poor work life balance, burn out and high stress. Extremely long time for career growth and appraisals due to politics.

The company as a whole, really do care about the employees. If you want to be a lifer there it's probably the closest thing there is in high end tech.

Cons

It really depends on the team, but some teams are really slow and made up of people who are content for good reasons. I was on one of the slower ones and it turns out that it was not what I wanted.
