Pros

Very smart and innovative engineers, good equipment, no haggling by management over things like second PCs or additional monitors. Decent canteen.

Cons

Sometimes the work can get a little boring. Quite repetitive at times, and unless you are very senior, there is little or no room for innovation.

Pros

The pay is pretty good compared with other Silicon Valley employers. You CAN find information if you ask the right people inside the company. Finding that person can be tough though. Nevertheless, senior management is surprisingly approachable and will help or point you in the right direction.

Cons

General lack of long term plans. Everyone is only concerned with not going out of business in 30 days. The software is like a house of cards. As long as it's not falling down now, nothing else matters. The overly positive outlook of marketing invades the mindset of people internally. Very disorganized communication.
