Personally, sometimes I find it challenging to fully engage and contribute my best work due to obstacles such as limited access to key information and opportunities.
It is my perception that there are preestablished small circles within the organization that make it difficult to integrate and contribute effectively.
I also see that some individuals intentionally withhold key information or discourage active participation, hindering ability of new hires to find their footing and make meaningful contributions.
I remain realistically positive, that with time new hires can find their path.
