Cons

You will get to dedicate < 30% of your time in development, most of the time is spent on fixing bugs.

Has good management at high level (i.e.management from US) Tries to compensate good amount (i.e. atleast avg in India IT industry)

Cons

Low level management is very bad. Pune site leader is better, hyderabad site leader is worst. Will loose work and life balance Never get proper projection to higher management HR is very bad, you would feel like there are merely absent. Review process is very bad.
