Pros

cafeteria is nice, stock purchase plan, good salary, cool products. Free gear quarterly at the gear store. IT is very helpful and fast at responding to your problems.

Cons

Extremely long hours, cut-throat attitude from management. Personally no respect given to regular employees, poor choice in promoting incompetent people to management. Parking is an issue. Not much room for career advancement, at least not in my current position.
