Lot of fun events for interns. Chilled environment. Email centric work culture. Had a lot of fun in the summer.

Cons

Not many that I can think of. Company provided everything that I expected. Can't comment on perks since I worked as an intern.

Fun atmosphere, and everyone was very friendly. I was often invite to lunches/Dinner with middle management and they tried to make sure that I was satisfied with my job. The hours were very flexible.

Cons

The compensation package is nothing to brag about. And many times I spent my weekends on promotional events. Also, you don't really get paid for overtime.
