People are good but salary is not
Pros
It's my first job and I started my career from this company. In the beginning, I was trained on .NET Technologies. Apart from training, all the team members and people here are cooperative and supportive. You will learn here a lot. The training period is the golden period here where you will understand and learn core concepts of technology, frameworks and industry-oriented knowledege.
Cons
I have been allocated the client project in which I have given back-office core support work even I was trained on .NET technologies and it was very very disappointing. I got to know the project and team allocations all are random because I scored well during the training period so, it was not based on the performance that I was allocated to that team. I also performed well still got third-class work for all of my hard work. I did not like that. What will I say after 1 or 2 years of experience that I monitored mails in spite of being a profile of developer. I have heard that in service-based companies, these scenarios are very common and this company is known for making someone a pure technical guy but as per my experience, it did not fulfil my expectations. It did the same as other service-based companies do.
