Pros

Work environment. Colleagues are logical. Even HRs will sound logical for most of the times. Work life balance . I don't think you get this anywhere. Appreciation for your work. You need not to fight for your appraisal or anything if have performed well in the quarter. Transparency. No or may be really less office politics.

Cons

Technology switch is too quick.
