      Pros

      Some projects offer Work from anywhere.

      Cons

      In my case, the projects I got allocated to were of short duration. WLB is bad if you are allocated to a project where you are outsourced and need to go to Indian client office.

      Pros

      The communication with the employee is good. Various systems to keep employeed committed to the company is good, and self-development is also encourged.

      Cons

      Can be so, that for a 1 or 2 months there is no project to be involved, so the employee stays idle till another project is found for him/her.
