I am happy that you are happy :) Regarding the cons, I think there are always colleagues that we have who are either not fitting in or not being able to do their best in a given context. At Nagarro, we do encourage people to provide feedback (to the managers as well). One method is through the anonymous 360D surveys that carry out. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your advice to management to review the CTC structure is something that we are taking under review already. It will likely be improved, though to what extent, I can't say. Regarding culture - one of the ways through which culture spreads is through open communication. Whenever you spot something that you think is not right for the culture, I suggest you should up about it. You are right, this "sir" culture is against our culture of being an open and flat company..
