      Pros

      nothing much... salary is ok. some projects are ok.

      Cons

      hire and fire company worst manager. No personality. treat employees as animal no onsite opportunity may pay u higher because no body want to stay there bunch of jokers in management no technical growth worst for java developer this company can be shut down at any time. Business is going low n low no new projects. Now firing employees without any reason

      1. Training on latest technologies. 2. Projects based on latest technology. 3. Open culture (You are free to express yourself) 4. Opinion valued (Even if you are a fresher) 5. Right place for people who want to learn while working. 6. They have a Nagarro university which is a very good learning platform. Especially for people who are working on same project/technology for a long time, although you are free to raise a concern for that (working on same stuff)

      Cons

      Not a great career path for testers.
