One of the best things is that the company is actively pushing employees toward AI learning and modern technologies, which is great for long-term career growth. Employees get opportunities to work on diverse projects, learn new skills, and maintain a decent work-life balance in most teams.

Cons

Nothing major as such, only minor process delays sometimes.

On time salary Lot of tax saving options No layoffs heard of due to AI as of now Has enough projects but don’t know for how long

Cons

TCS in making. Fixed bid projects are bad. 12 hr is a norm in Sigma teams. Micro mgmt and expectations to be available 24x 7. After 6 mths into project feel like a zombie. No challenging projects are there. Bonus components is not paid.
