      Nagarro is a great company w.r.t. Overall culture. The top management is open and responsive. Environmentally conscious Cares for employee health - e.g.. Maintains air quality in gurgaon offices diligently Very cool persona in the market, well respected by the competition. Nimble and fast footed

      Homegrown managers and leaders who have never worked in a different company take advantage of their connect with the C level executives. They are able to deflect all criticism. Great for developers not for qa or functional skillsets or project mgmt. Developers draw the same salary as pms double their exp level Domain is not considered when assigning projects Higher degree is not considered when offering designation BU heads never interact with their account teams.
