      1.Good culture 2.Great environment 3. No external pressure if u r puntual towards your work enough(its my personal feeling) 4. Work with fun type attitude(love what u work) 5. Responsible Hr in every aspect. Well!! I can count more but...i guess its enough for a mindset!!

      Only one!! Sometimes u won't ve work to do even when u want to work..overall i dnt ve any negative feeling till date

      Cons

      I did not find any. I was personally under someone whose behaviour did not match with company ethos, but after some interaction may be he figured out himself that his way does not match with company ethos, so he changed himself. That is the power of culture the company is carrying.

      Wow, this review made my day. All our efforts are towards making Nagarro a culture-driven company. And when you give such examples where someone changed themselves to fit culturally, it gives me a huge sense of satisfaction. But, of course, a lot of work is still to be done (so that next time, you rate us 5/5). Thank you for posting a review here and taking your time to provide a more detailed feedback. I think we will always have some people who may not practice our culture, but we will continue to develop a stronger culture so that people will have no option but to adopt.
