      - Flat hierarchy - Work from home (in most case) or hybrid - Work life balance in most of the projects

      Cons

      - You keep on giving interviews for each and everything. - HR department is the worst. They keep on recommending you to leave. - Bad promotion and major leadership role only for family and close colleagues. - Most good brains have already left the organisation. You will find less intelligent people at the higher positions. - Not like old Nagarro anymore.
