no pros as of now. only cons. the upper management is not capable of running the company. The share price is falling and crashing which the company is not able to control.

Cons

no yearly bonus. delayed increment. delayed promotion. continuous layoffs happening. bench is full. used to be a good company when I joined. They hired alot of experienced laterals from WITCH companies which tarnished the company culture internally.
