      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      Lay off After cracking the interview and getting in the company, they put you on bench. If you are lucky, you might get a project proposal. But they again take the interviews for project allocation which is far more difficult to crack and hence you stay on the bench. Then after 2 months, without considering how many project proposal one received, HR simply puts you on notice period.
