Pros

Work from anywhere policy of the company

Cons

* Most of the employees are from North India and they hate south Indians * There is no proper internal website, we have to keep track of separate links for each purposes * CEO openly mentioned in town hall about layoff and salary cuts * you are screwed if you are not able to get project in first three project interviews *HR's force you to take projects or technologies that you don't want to work on

Pros

Flexible working culture (till now). Sessions for employees development (LSD series). Only the upper management appears good. The mid and lower is the worst. ( they call themselves non hierarchical)

Cons

Bad work environment. Lacks cross feedback. This is important for lead and manager. These guys even threaten people with lawsuits for posting reviews openly. Rude oldies. Some projects does not have work. You will cases where the managers are assigning work just for fun. Lack of transparency in reviews. Poor growth opportunities.

Pros

completely reliant on the client. If the client is decent, then Nagarro is the best industry. If the client is undesirable, then Nagarro is an undesirable company. Best of all, you can have greater influence with client-side colleagues than with Nagarro colleagues.

Cons

1 . They have a very fraudulent method of acceptance. Wherever I have worked, I have always made an offer on your specified portion, which is self-explanatory. However, at Nagarro, they have a supplementary component. If you received an estimate of 7-10%, the fixed component will be increased by 50% and the remainder will be applied to the incentive component. So your effective appresal will be 50% of the 7%. 2. If you want to quit, they will hold 50 to 100 percent of your salary, depending on your use case. This means you will be without a paycheck for the next two months, so if you're coming to Nagarro, you should save up beforehand. All compensation will be distributed on the FNF 45 days after release.
