      The management is very understanding, will try to make you happy in all possible ways

      Cons

      SAP project are very less other than SAP ABAP projects, so if you are in any other module try to choose this employer at your own risk as you may get salary on time but you will not get new technology like SAP cloud to work on, neither they have their own sandbox system to practise

      The “old” Nagarro didn’t have an SAP practice, we gained one from the merger with Softcon in Munich. So there may be some transient shortcomings in your experience. The Allgeier group is a significant SAP partner for S4 HANA and cloud implementations and hosting. I am happy to share that we at Nagarro are also looking at some major moves in this space.
