      Employee friendly Good opportunity to learn No policing, work from anywhere is good.

      Cons

      If I have to nitpick, being closer to mgmt in NCR might help create visibility.

      1. Good WLB in some of the projects. 2. Salary Structure is good and helps in tax savings 3. WFH althugh it is diminishing now in most of the projects Thats just it

      Cons

      1. Absolutely chaotic project allocation process. 2. Organization bonus has been made a part of CTC but is not paid most of the times. 3. Too much client centric approach in most of the projects without any independent thinking, 4. Big disappointment for you if you are someone who is seeking next onsite opportunities, as Nagarro has next to nil options. Only higher management folks keep on traveling around the world here.
